Triangle Deals

Local offers from Triangle home pros

Nothing is running today. Offers are posted by the businesses themselves and expire on their own, so this page fills and empties through the year. Seasonal trades post most often in their shoulder months.

How to read a home service discount

A percentage off is only meaningful next to the price it comes off. These are the things worth checking before a deal changes who you hire.

Get the number before the discount

Ask what the job costs at full price, in writing. A quote that only exists as a discounted figure gives you nothing to compare against another company.

Check what the price includes

Haul-away, permits, and materials are where quotes diverge. Two roof numbers that look like the same job often are not, and the cheaper one sometimes leaves the old shingles on your driveway.

A deadline is a sales tool, not a fact

Seasonal pricing is real. Pressure to sign today is not. Any company worth hiring will hold a number long enough for you to get a second quote.

Discounts do not replace a license

For most work over $30,000 in North Carolina, the contractor needs a general contractor license. Check it first, then look at the price.

When offers show up here

Businesses on a paid plan post their own offers, and they come down automatically when they expire or when the business stops paying. We do not take a cut of anything booked through a deal, and posting one does not change where a business ranks or what grade it gets.
