Questions businesses actually ask
- Does paying improve my grade?
- No. Your grade comes from your reviews, whether your NC license and insurance check out, and how quickly you respond to customers. There is no input for money, at any price. Paying gets you placement and promotion, both clearly labeled as paid.
- Do paying businesses get leads first?
- No. Leads go to the best-graded company that fits the job and serves the area. Sponsorship buys visibility in lists; it doesn't buy the homeowner's phone call.
- Do I get a do-follow backlink?
- Not from a paid placement. Those carry rel="sponsored", because selling links that pass ranking credit violates Google's spam policy and puts both of us at risk. What Premium does include is genuine editorial coverage when you've got something worth writing about, and those links are ordinary editorial links.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time. Your profile, reviews and grade stay exactly as they are. They were never ours to take away. You lose the paid extras: placement, promotions and banners.
